Bureauverse 2026: Midwest

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Thursday, August 20 - Friday, August 21, 2026

Let's connect, collaborate & calibrate to get our shops heading in a better direction.

Bureauverse Regional Meetups are about getting together with your people. They’re about the conversations you can’t have online. The things you don’t post. The challenges you’re navigating quietly and the wins that only other leaders really understand. But they’re more than that.

They are places to do the real work of making things better

Bureauverse Regional Meetups are designed as recalibration points. A chance to step out of execution mode and take an honest look at how your agency is operating, where friction is building, and what needs attention next.

Collaboration sits at the center of that experience.

People don’t just want advice. They want partners. Peers they can think alongside, trade perspectives with, and lean on when decisions get heavy. Not surface-level connections, but real working relationships that continue long after the gathering ends.

To support that, we bring in subject matter experts who attendees can schedule time with. These are focused conversations across legal, finance, operations, business development, and culture. No panels. No pitches. Just space to think clearly with people who understand agency realities and the tradeoffs leaders are navigating.

You’ll also spend meaningful time with other attendees who are wrestling with the same questions you are. What’s worth fixing now. What can wait. What’s no longer working. And what a steadier, more intentional future could look like.

We keep these gatherings regional on purpose.

Fewer flights. Less friction. No lost travel days. Leaders from nearby markets who understand the context you’re operating in. You show up, do the work, and go home with clarity instead of exhaustion.

At their core, these meetups are a check-in. A chance to pause, recalibrate, and remember you’re not supposed to carry all of this by yourself. Because you are not alone.
