You set the agenda

Attendees will determine the discussion topics at Operations Camp. We start with a wide range of ideas and whittle them down to the most popular.

We’ll be talking about topics like these:

Resourcing, forecasting, and utilization, metrics and reporting, operations and AI, scaling operations, positioning operations as a strategic advantage. The goal is to help you solve your challenges, gain inspiration and get back to work with a whole set of ideas to implement immediately.

A pause that refreshes

Spend time connecting with peers who understand the grind, and return recharged with fresh ideas and renewed energy. Your team and organization will thank you for it.

What attendees have to say

“Nothing can replace the experience of connecting with your industry peers in-person.

With every Bureau event I've been to, I've left with a new group of friends that I can reach out to with work (and sometimes personal) issues. I feel like I level up my career every time.”

— Carson Pierce, Operations Consultant at Parakeeto

“As a first-time Operations Camp attendee and as someone new-ish to business operations, I was glad to be able to be "in" operations the whole time.

The camp was very small, and our group gelled almost immediately, making it easy to learn from my peers. Carl, Rob, and Lori ran a smooth, fun, engaging event, and I can't wait to go to another one.”

— Allie Thorpe, Senior Digital Project Manager Lead at DevCollaborative

“Ops Camp not only gives real-time troubleshooting, insight, and collaboration on common operation issues, but creates an ongoing trusted network in work and in play.

Highly recommend Ops Camp for both those new to operations and those with a long tenure.”

— Molly Willette-Green, Chief Operating Officer at Engenius
