Over three incredible days, we'll dive deep into the challenges, triumphs, and realities of running a creative business. Sure, it's work, but it'll feel more like an invigorating reset. You'll expand your professional network, gain valuable insights, and form lasting connections with fellow agency owners. From the welcome reception to the closing dinner, expect meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and plenty of laughter. You'll leave recharged, motivated, and ready to implement new ideas in your organization right away.

Member Price: $3,950

Nonmember Price: $4,450

Venue : Hewing Hotel

300 N Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401

Set in the heart of Minneapolis' historic North Loop, the Hewing Hotel is a century-old brick-and-timber warehouse that's been thoughtfully restored into one of the city's most distinctive boutique hotels.

Mornings might start with coffee by the lobby fireplace, diving into honest conversation with a small group of agency owners who get it. Evenings invite unwinding on the all-season rooftop with a cocktail and downtown skyline views. The Midwest has always been a place where people show up, roll up their sleeves, and genuinely look out for one another. You'll feel that at the Hewing.

Special Excursion

Escape Reality To Find Your Potential

There aren't many places in the world where you walk into a room and experience what it feels like when someone has poured everything into their creative vision.

Paisley Park is that place.

Prince did more than make music there. He built his own world, on his terms, from the ground up. What better special excursion for us to regain our creative focus and spark new ideas for how we run our businesses?

What Past Attendees Loved Most

Shawn Maida

“The Bureau has created an environment where agency owners feel seen and known. Running an agency has been an adventure of a lifetime, and Owner Camp is a reminder that I'm not on that journey alone. It isn't me and my little agency vs. the world; it is all of us, together.”

— Shawn Maida, CEO at Foster Made

“Owner Camp is the perfect amount of reset, insight, and growth agency owners need to get perspective and plan their next big move. Carl and the team provide an intimate setting with guided discussions and masterminds to discuss trends, issues, and the opportunities that will get our businesses to the next level. Highly recommend.”

— Brent Weaver, CEO at E2M
